Experienced B Level Automotive Technician Wanted

We have more business than we can handle!  So, we are seeking an experienced “B” Level Automotive Technician to join our team. As a “B” Level Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles in a fast-paced, full-service automotive shop.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-years of experience working in a professional automotive repair setting.  An above average knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work individually and in a team environment is a must.

Responsibilities:

·       Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles including R&R, brake and suspension repairs, alignments, heating and AC diagnostics and repair, and some engine system troubleshooting.

·       Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment.

·       Complete preventative maintenance service such as:  tune-ups, transmission services, coolant flushes and tire installation/repair to name a few.

·       Assist Sr. A-Level Technician to gain experience, training and skillset knowledge.

·       Communicate with management to explain diagnoses and recommended repairs.

·       Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.

·       Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

·       Work with other members of the team to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 3-years of experience working in a professional automotive repair setting.

·       Experience with a variety of vehicles, including domestic and foreign models.

·       Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment.

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·       ASE certifications are not required.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Must have own tools.

·       Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
